I'm not fat or full, but I have a problem with my thighs - they are very bulky - 52 cm. I just want to reduce them to cm. I don't have time for fitness because I work 6 days a week. I accept any advice for exercises at home, because he has already written to me from these voluminous thighs. I find it very difficult to find jeans.

I don't know what you think about your size, but you are completely normal. I am so tall and I know my ribs well, incl. in the thighs. Yes, there are girls who have weaker thighs than the thighs, but this is up to the construction.
