you can't keep a diet, you don't have time for sports, what advice do you expect? miracles do not happen, your legs cannot lose weight on their own. at least stop stuffing yourself with jam, it's obviously a psychological addiction

Sidney Crawford's hip / thigh exercises are amazing if you do them several times a week, 10-15 minutes you will see an excellent result. The problem is the sweet. Try to cram. Sample a piece of chocolate happen it slowly and enjoy.

So am I. There is no solution, this is your structure. If you exercise, they will become more muscular, but not weaker. And I've tried diets, I'm losing weight from other places, but my thighs don't move. Your solution is straight jeans, but they are quite difficult to find.

I don't know what you think about your size, but you are completely normal. I am so tall and I know my ribs well, incl. in the thighs. Yes, there are girls who have weaker thighs than the thighs, but this is up to the construction.
