Thus, in a number of Taldom schools, major repairs were carried out, rural hospitals were equipped with narrow medical specialists. In 2017, an infectious diseases department was opened in Zaprudna and an obstetric and gynecological department in a district hospital. And in 2018, a digital mammograph appeared in the Taldom city clinic.

In 2014, construction began on a new House of Culture in Kvashenki. The construction of an ice palace in Taldom has started to educate their hockey players. Ecopark "Sunny Beach" is currently under construction in Zaprudna. The Verbilkovskaya School of Arts was opened after major reconstruction.

The business infrastructure is growing and developing: an enterprise for baking bakery products "Eco-Khleb" was opened, a new Taldom fur factory was opened. And, of course, the city has transformed, one has only to look at the photos: pedestrian zones, green spaces have appeared, flower beds have blossomed, and restored old buildings. And this is only a part of the transformations carried out.

The personal life of a politician is a home, a loving family and favorite hobbies (karate and tennis). With his wife Svetlana Vladislav is raising four children - three sons and one daughter.
