In 2001, Balovatsky's mother, in search of a better biography development for her only child, moved with him to the capital of Germany - Berlin. My father stayed in Ukraine. In the new country, Vladislav was helped to assimilate the guys from the streets: rappers, hip-hoppers, sometimes petty criminals and crooks. Largely thanks to them, the future star of the German charts realized his destiny - to create music.

The debut samples of Vladislav Balovatsky's pen appeared on YouTube in 2009. Then he was hiding behind the pseudonym Siam One. The young man trained the art of rhyming words into caustic sentences at Rap am Mittwoch - the German counterpart of Versus Battle.

The 12-minute battle of Balovatsky (then known under the nickname Capital) against Master Marv is the most viewed on the Rap am Mittwoch YouTube channel - as of September 2019, it was appreciated by more than 9.5 million people. After winning the verbal duel, Vladislav announced his retirement from Rap am Mittwoch. It was February 2015. A month later, rapper Bra's 1st single was released.

The release of their debut album Kuku Bra (2016) was preceded by the singles Bra macht die Uzi, Kuku Habibi, Fluchtwagen glänzen and Kreide. None of them made the charts, unlike the record. Universal's promotion allowed Kuku Bra to climb to 32nd place in Germany and 61st in Austria.

Capital Bra actively promoted the 5th album Allein (2018) on Instagram, and the largest company Universal Music Group helped the rapper with the sixth CB6 (2019).

In May 2018, Capital Bra became the most watched performer in Germany. This is largely due to his cover of Cherry Lady on Modern Talking, which was downloaded 11.5 million times in its first week. His songs were broadcast on German radio and television 66 million times a week.
