Vladimir Torsuev, together with his twin brother, rapidly burst into the world of Soviet cinema in the 1980s. The adventure tape, where the main characters were played by two blond teenagers, has become almost the favorite among schoolchildren. But the brilliant debut, contrary to expectations, did not make the stars of cinema of the first magnitude out of the Torsuevs, although it played a decisive role in their biography.

The two stars of the comedy-fantasy musical "The Adventures of Electronics" were born in the Soviet capital in April 1966. The parents of Vladimir and Yuri Torsuev had no relation to cinema - their father was the secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol, but the cult of the book reigned in the house. Children gladly took novels by Jules Verne, Alexandre Dumas and Jack London from the shelves, joining the world of beauty.

The Torsuev family was friends with Joseph Kobzon, and Alexandra Pakhmutova and Nikolai Dobronravov lived next door. A combination of factors and circumstances brought the guys to the cinema.

In 1979, director Konstantin Bromberg, having conceived to shoot a children's adventure film, began looking for twin boys. Young Muscovites also got to the casting, becoming the 368th contenders for the main movie characters. Vladimir got the role of Electronics, Yura became Seryozha Syroezhkin, a fussy and not the most exemplary student.

So at a young age, the Torsuevs became stars not only of the school and the courtyard, but of the entire capital and the country.

Having received a certificate of maturity, Vladimir and Yuri, to everyone's surprise, did not go to a theater university, but entered a printing institute. In the 1st year, the brothers were expelled, and they went to DOSAAF, then to the army.

After demobilization, Vladimir Torsuev became a student at Moscow State University, choosing the Faculty of Philosophy. Yuri entered the Institute of Asian and African Countries.

Vladimir did not graduate from the Philosophical Faculty, but later received a law degree.

Both professional and personal life of Torsuev is replete with sharp turns and throwing. In his youth, Vladimir changed wives with surprising frequency. He got married for the first time, barely receiving a school certificate, and a month later the marriage was dissolved.

The second wife appeared after returning from the army. With his third wife Irina, the man also did not live long, although he sought her hands for a long 10 years. In total, there were 7 marriages in the artist's life, 4 of them were official.
