Viktor Fedorovich Yanukovych is a political and statesman of Ukraine, prime minister of Ukraine during the presidential terms of Viktor Yushchenko and Leonid Kuchma, the fourth president of Ukraine. Victor was born on July 9, 1950 in the village of Zhukovka, Yenakievsky district, Donetsk (Stalin) region, in the family of a steam locomotive driver Fyodor Vladimirovich Yanukovich and a nurse Olga Semyonovna Leonova.
