You probably have fungus. Go to a doctor to prescribe something, and there may be without a prescription. Wash your feet in the morning and evening, with a sponge and soap. Discard old shoes and socks, change socks every morning and evening.

And I was like that, I also don't wear branded and expensive shoes, I don't give more than 40 for boots and 30 for sneakers. I had the same problem with the smell. My friend had taken a foot spray with nano silver particles, says Coccine. I picked it up from a mall in town, from a shoe store, socks and insoles. Then I took leather insoles and immediately put them in the new boots. I even forget to spray myself. It helps a lot, and before that I tried powders and sprays, creams and the effect was temporary. There are also bath salts, but I don't have to try them yet. Keep in mind that my friend works with heavy work shoes and his feet smell a lot, there are also 24 hour shifts. Since he also uses the spray and the insoles, I haven't noticed a problem with the smell.

I solved the problem by starting to spray the shoes with such a spray both before and after wearing. Just before or just after, it doesn't do any work. Bacteria accumulate.

Number 2: Well, you don't think that the author wears the same socks every day ... And I have this problem only when I wear sneakers in the summer, then it happens ... Otherwise, if I'm wearing sandals, I don't have this problem ...

Make water with soda in a squid every night, hair your legs for about 20 minutes and put a teaspoon of soda in your shoes as you go out. It works and I recommend it!
