Hello! I want to gain weight and that's why I went to do a Vega test to find out which foods are well absorbed by my body. I really need to gain weight. I am a 21-year-old girl and I weigh up to 40 kilograms, no more, but I am 1.67 m tall. So, I did my test and the man behind the machine, who does it for me, said that I should eat only the food that came out in green. But somehow I can't understand how you shouldn't eat pork and beef for weight gain, but only rabbit, turkey and white chicken. I can't eat anything with chocolate and honey. And my vegetables are just cucumbers and carrots. Not to mention the fruits ... without bananas, tangerines, raspberries, watermelon, melon, etc. Only apples, oranges and blackberries. It's a little strange to me, because I know that you need pork, beef, more vegetables, dairy products and pasta to gain weight. What do you think? Should I try this diet or not do it? And please, if anyone knows how to gain weight tell me. Thanks in advance and I apologize if there are spelling mistakes (I write quickly from the phone)!

Things in green are for weight loss, if you want to gain weight you have to emphasize things in red. In general, the Vega test is a food absorption test. The things in red are the ones that the human body cannot absorb well and get fat from them. Normally people do a Vega test for weight loss, not for weight gain :)
