Vasily Urievsky is a Russian musician, actor and performer of his own songs. Together with Mikhail Gardin, he created the Gardina group, with which he tours throughout the country. Twice Urievsky took part in a TV show: in 2015 in the project "Main Stage" and a year later in the vocal competition "Voice".

Vasily was born and raised in Saratov. Since childhood, he showed artistry and creative orientation, so the parents sent their son not to an ordinary general education school, but to a class with an artistic and aesthetic bias. Having received a certificate of maturity, Urievsky decided that he would become an actor. He entered the theater department of the Saratov State Conservatory named after L.V.Sobinov, where he studied until 2005.

Vasily's first place of work was the Saratov Puppet Theater "Teremok", where he received the position of a puppet artist. Later, the young man showed pantomime and took part in musical performances in such theatrical projects as the Institute of Good Mood and Comic-Jazz Babel.

Much later, having already made a name for himself as a musician, Vasily Urievsky fulfilled an old dream and staged his solo performance “My Life in Art”. The performance is full of both conversational and musical numbers.

Vasily Urievsky began writing songs and singing them for friends and relatives quite a long time ago, and an active touring activity began in 2011. Moreover, the musician can perform both solo and in a duet with a multi-instrumentalist friend Mikhail Gardin, and even as part of the Gardina quartet, which, in addition to them, also includes bass player Oleg Timashov and drummer Arseny Nekrasov. Vasily himself is the main vocalist in the group, and also plays the guitar and the American folk instrument kazoo.

In the spring of 2014, Vasily Urievsky at the professional studio "Monolith" recorded his first full-length album "Tysch-Ty-Tysch", which included 11 of his best songs. Immediately five compositions from this disc turned into video clips, and the greatest success was achieved by "Song about nothing", "Life after the wedding", "The whole world in the palm of your hand" and "Finger to the sky".

However, almost all of Urievsky's songs, whose lyrics and music critics compare with the early works of the brothers Vladimir and Sergei Kristovsky from the duet "Uma2rman", are in great demand by the public, and Vasily's concerts are always sold out.

Vasily Urievsky received his first experience in a television project in 2015. He successfully passed the auditions of the Main Stage program of the Russia 1 TV channel and managed to remain a participant in the show until the final concert, which took place in the Grand Kremlin Palace. As a result of the project, Vasily received an honorable third place and shared this achievement with his mentor Diana Arbenina, the leader of the Night Snipers group.

And in 2016, barely moving away from the dynamics and speeds of the "Main Stage", Vasily went to conquer a new program - the popular TV show "The Voice". At the blind auditions, he performed the blues composition "Make It Rain" from the repertoire of jazz player Tom Waits. The singer's unconventional manner of performance attracted the attention of only Grigory Leps, who, by the way, was the presenter in the show "Main Stage" and is quite familiar with Urievsky. Thus, the Saratov musician took part in the fifth season of the Voice project.

Singer, actor and musician Vasily Urievsky was married twice. With his first wife, about whom he does not tell the public, the man's relationship probably did not work out, because now another lover is next to him.

The second wife of Vasily Urievsky is named Xenia. The girl is a teacher of English and German, and is also engaged in a fire show. By the way, viewers can see Ksenia in her husband's video for the song "Life after the Wedding." There the girl appears in a plush cow costume.
