Hello! I am a 22 year old girl. For several days I have been feeling itching and redness on the vagina and labia. I had a white flow, looking like milk! Since I was suffering from a fungus and I have clotronimazole at home, I applied it and the itching and white flow ended. It's still a little red, but I was worried because I saw a slightly swollen red spot just below the inner labia, something like a pimple. What could it be, and if anyone can tell me what genital warts look like in the early stages I would be very grateful.
