   I have the same problem. (I am 16) It helps me personally not to eat harmful food, I drink vitamin C in the morning and in the evening and I am always careful to keep my waist warm. Sport also helps. It's not the most pleasant feeling when you bleed like a bucket, but it's worth it, because the pain really decreases.

   I drink Spazmalgon tablets, they help me. My stomach hurts on the fourth day of the cycle, in most cases the pain is during the first three days.
