Hello, 17 year old boy. I am and I want to ask if the following way of training is good in your opinion. 4 days of cardio + 4 types of push-ups at home. I don't want any bodybuilding results, just a tight and normally shaped body.

Yes it is good. I do a little more exercise and I am muscle to muscle. Embossed as they say.

Not at all. Strength training is for you. It is best to start street fitness.

Much depends on the duration of training and your diet .. otherwise it is enough to keep fit

A 3 day split will be ideal. And to get fit you need proper nutrition, not so much cardio
