Actually, at the moment I am extremely relaxed, I really had a lot of tension in my life, which is why I decided that I could afford a well deserved break. For a few weeks I have no special engagements, I find some work only from home or outside, as not to be bored. Mentally, I feel good. In the evenings, I'm not being harassed by any anxious thoughts that interfere with my sleep.
That night I never fell asleep at 2 a.m., I was just glad to be sleeping and I'm going to be like a normal person, and here I am. At 4am I'm already awake.
I just got my "morning" workout. TV almost does not look.
I look to load myself physically enough to sleep at night, but it does not work, even when I was studying and working in two places the situation was similar.
I hope this doesn't affect my state of health in any way.

I think your problem is pure in the absence of the sleep hormone-a sweet tonic. Read more information about it, I had the same problem as yours, but it was of great stress. I drank melatonin for a year, and when I woke up I didn't feel tired from other sleeping pills.
