hello, my problem appeared about 2 years ago maybe, but then it was not so noticeable. I am 25 years old, and about 3 months ago my hands started shaking when I was writing, dialing someone on the phone or smoking a cigarette. Since 2009 I have experienced many stressful situations (please do not take it as a complaint, I just put the facts as they are, I crashed several times and lost a person very dear to me, peace be upon him) and I began to wonder if he was nervous.
Also, my blood pressure is a bit high, the last time I measured it was around 160/100, 115 beats per minute, so it could be from him. Lately I've been doing cardio training and the tremor temporarily subsides, but the next day it intensifies again, when I get excited about something, it becomes visible to others. I'm considering going to a psychiatrist, but it stops me that if I do, they will automatically take me for a shout out, so I ask you anonymously if anyone has experienced something like this to tell me what it may be about. Thank you in advance!

My uncle has the same symptoms, plus his head is shaking. He went to the doctor, he was diagnosed with tremor. Dig through the net, see if your symptoms are exactly the same. It can be due to nervousness, lack of vitamins, stress, lack of sleep. It can also be a sign of Parkinson's or multiple sclerosis, so see a doctor
