Hello! I am a 37-year-old woman and I have a child (12 years old). My father and I are separated, but I am currently in custody. My question is whether, after taking the rights over my child, I can take him out of the country without the father's permission. The reason I ask is that so far the father did not allow me to take my daughter out of Bulgaria on vacation, and he does not want to do it. She really wants to go on holiday to another country and I have the opportunity to take her, but I can't. Please help!!

no you can't! First, you are not suing for custody, but for who is exercising parental rights most of the time. This case does not deprive the father of parental rights and obligations. If you win the case without a document signed by him, you will still not be able to take the child abroad.
