Torn Tendon. I Am Asking For Advice!

The Story

3 years ago, lifting heavily from a squat, I felt a cut just below the right knee cap. The pain was severe, but the same day passed and I did not pay attention. After a while, however, it started to hurt from time to time during exercise. Lately, every load (such as running) has started to hurt me from the beginning. I went to an orthopedist, they took a picture of me and it turned out that there was a partial rupture of the patellar tendon. This is the large tendon under the lid, which can be seen with the naked eye. It was said that this rupture inflamed and hurt. To my surprise, however, my doctor prescribed only painkillers - MIG 400 and Feloran. Feloran also has anti-inflammatory action. Well, this does not solve my problem permanently, because even if it passes for a moment, after one day or another it becomes inflamed and everything starts again. I can't even run, nor even climb stairs. If anyone is familiar, can you advise me what to do. Whether to seek a second opinion from a doctor or try kinesitherapy or something like that. I don't believe there is no solution, because imagine that I was a footballer. Did I have to end my career then Some players have lifted them to their feet and participated in a match only 2-3 weeks after the fracture, and for me a partial rupture cannot fix me. There is no logic. Thanks in advance, I hope there is someone to help me with advice. Did I have to end my career then?
