The Story

Hello! I will introduce you to an idea in more detail about my lifestyle! I turned 18 recently, I'm a girl. From a very young age I trained gymnastics and ballet, until 7th grade. Then I missed, the nonsense started, etc .. until there with any sport and movement. I have always been very thin, of normal height, I have been crammed with all sorts of foods and rubbish, I have never followed diets, I have never limited myself. 8th grade I started with a 10-year-old older than me, I went to an independent form of education. For 4 years I sleep until 1, 2, 3, 4 o'clock in the afternoon, I go to bed at night, I have no work, no regime, I cram in whatever I like, no movement, no sport, we just had a lot of sex with the boy in question. , I danced a lot in the evening at discos, etc. (after such evenings I lost 2-3 kg) and I was still thin and tall. After 4 years we broke up and from the first month I only started to gain weight. I don't know what happened, but I went back to where I trained years ago, but now as an assistant coach (I do almost no physical activity). I am now about 1. 70 -75 tall (I have no idea honestly) and have been maintaining a constant 54 kg for some time. , a few weeks ago I was 49 kg. permanent. I want someone to help me and give advice on what to do and what to eat. If necessary, we will exchange coordinates. I HAVE NO IDEA OF PROTEINS, CARBOHYDRATES, PROTEINS, ETC. I don't know what foods they are for, I don't know how much to eat. I don't know what exercises to do and where to start. All I know is that I'm super motivated and I want to make the perfect body while it's time because I'm still thin, but I start to sag and feel uncomfortable in my body. Please advice and help :)
