The Story

Hello. As others imagine, I will complain about something, but the good thing is that there are kindred spirits here. That's right. My question is - How to overcome my fear and anxiety? Every day when I'm at school I'm stressed and anxious. And when I'm not under "stress or tension" I'm afraid I'm not stressed .... (This sounds super weird, but it's true.) I always tell myself that there's no point in being afraid. I want to believe more in myself, not to be so anxious and cowardly, but it doesn't work. I care too much, too much. I don't know how to get rid of these feelings. I would be happy if someone shared their advice. Thanks in advance!
