I usually live in Sofia, but I am in another town about 100 km from the capital. There I have an apartment in an old block and an above-ground garage in the same block. I have an old car in my garage, without insurance, inspection, etc., it's just standing there. Because the neighbors know that I am not there and that the garage has not been used actively for years, they park alone in front of it. In general, not many people do it, but I notice 2-3 cars that allow themselves to park. One even belongs to a man we greet when we see each other, hello, I had remarked to him years ago and he started arguing with me that the land in front of the garage was not mine. In principle, I don't mind them parking in front of the garage, but when I come home for the weekend, sometimes I feel bad that there are no places around the block and I start to wonder where to park, and at the same time someone parked in front of my garage and if I didn't have one I could park in peace. What would you advise me to do? I have 3 options in my head: 1) Do nothing and try not to get angry. For me, there is always a place to park somewhere around the block. 2) To pay insurance and inspection of the car that is in my garage and drive it in front of the garage so at least no one else will park, although I will not benefit from it. 3) To try to get rid of them in some way with the police, but from experience from years ago - the police do nothing. They are just trying to find the owner of the car and get him to move it. They do not fine. I don't know if there is an option to judge the arrogant neighbors, but this can be quite expensive, especially from time to time. I will be happy for any opinion and advice.

By law - if the garage is marked with the appropriate sign and someone interferes with access to it (by law it is forbidden to interfere with access to the garage), you can talk to law enforcement and they are obliged to make the owner lose his car if in the city there is a rapper, you call them and I think you paid BGN 10 (I'm not 100%), they pick it up and move it, if there is a penal parking lot, they move it there, so the next time they will consider whether to stop there. So of the listed options - the 3rd is the most logical.
