Hello, I am a girl who will turn 16 this year, I am 1.65 tall and I weigh 48. I can't say that I am super fat but I would like to lose weight in the abdomen. legs and if I can tighten my ass, it's still summer I want to look good! I've tried a Japanese miracle diet, it really has an effect, but I can't stand such hunger, and I still think it will have a bad effect on my growth. My idea is: I'm thinking of starting a 1-week diet with only fruits and vegetable salads and lots of water. Will there be an effect or suggest some other diet that is not a separate meal but within a week or two and has an effect. I would be very grateful!!! -Ah
