The Kids At School Make My Daughter Go On Diets

The Story

I want to ask what is the fashion among teenagers to keep diets constantly or to be on diets to gain muscle mass or plates on the abdomen, especially for girls. My daughter eats normally and whatever she wants and has always been of normal weight, but lately her classmates have a lot of influence on her. She is 16 years old. and she tells me that she's constantly being hinted at not counting her calories, that she's eating ice cream, for example, that she's not exercising ... they're constantly pushing her to lose weight and building muscle or something. I wonder how to explain to her that this is not normal, that there are more valuable things in life than the appearance that her classmates impose. That by keeping diets at this age and various regimes as she grows up and becomes 23-24 years old. there will be consequences, most of her classmates have no bust because of the regimes, as long as she has it and I don't want to change my good figure, but I'm afraid she won't start doing it behind my back. She constantly tells me how her classmates comment on everyone around them, who was fat, who with slingshots, who had to lose weight ... she even showed me various pictures of completely normal girls who they intended to make lose weight. Please give me advice what to do .. am I wrong ... :(
