At the slightest touch I feel a feeling between pain and tickling. Is it normal?

It is normal for your sensitivity to be so gradual in the beginning and it will decrease, if until recently it was covered with skin, perputioma and you could not expose it, you will recover, everyone was like that, there is no reason to worry.

It depends. When I'm aroused I don't feel any pain (although I don't like being rude to my penis during sex). When not in an erect state is quite sensitive, carefully bathe and soap. Then I avoid touching directly with my fingers. It's normal. Treat an idea more carefully with your male body to enjoy happy sex or masturbation until old age :)
