Coffee has many benefits, tone and energy is the most visible and known benefit. However, this applies to freshly ground espresso or cezve, the point is to make coffee like coffee, traditionally. But it is useful if it is 1 very good coffee a day, if it is 2,3,4 it is already harmful, and even dangerous. All other versions such as 3in1, Nescafe and other instant coffees are chemistry. If you are familiar with the E's, just look at the contents of the 3in1 package, how many of them there are. You are still young for strong pure black coffee in my opinion, so the 3in1 option is light and acceptable in this case. If you want to continue it, 1 a day is not so harmful. The question of everything in life is not to overdo it. Your desire to eat healthy at this age is commendable, well done! Good luck :)

When I went to a teacher I drank at least 4 coffees (3 in 1). And I had gained about 10 kg. I was constantly sick. In 3 in 1, there is nothing useful and tonic-cream powder, sugar and a little coffee. I started drinking 1 little espresso, with very little sugar and it was brown. I feel very good and definitely more energetic. Up to 2 small coffees a day, no problem. It is even useful. But at your age, preferably without or one at a time. But to be clean. Not various chemicals in packets of 30 stotinki.

I don't think 3in1 is coffee, but anyway. I once talked to a chemistry teacher on the subject, so this woman is quite familiar with such topics and I tend to believe her. I did not read separately, because I did not doubt her opinion, and she explained to me quite well the processes in the body and argues valuable. So, according to her, coffee should be drunk with at least a little sugar, it could be on top of the spoon, but it was good to have sugar. I never started putting sugar in my coffee, but that's another topic. She also said that coffee dehydrates and is good to drink with a glass of water. Personally, I am of the opinion that it is not as harmful as some make it out, as long as it is drunk in normal amounts. I gave up fried, I cut down on carbs, I learned to drink a lot of water, get up early and train for health, but I haven't stopped coffee.

3 in 1 coffee has a lot of sugar. Replace it with pure, no milk. 1-2 per day. You will be bitter at first, but then you will feel the difference.

Billions of people drink coffee every day. Many of them "abuse" by drinking 4-5 glasses and up every day. If, God forbid, you do not have any health problems, a glass or two of put on, even three in one or the other, will not kill you. I just want to say - don't worry, it's not as dangerous as an attention-hungry site.

If you are going to drink coffee, then drink real coffee :) it has both benefits and harms, but if you do not overdo it, everything will be fine. Even if you add milk and sugar to it, it will still be better than 3 in 1;)

Coffee raises the hormone estrogen, which is good for some people, but for others who have slightly elevated levels of this hormone, leads to acne. I don't think 3 in 1 contains a little caffeine, it's almost as much as an espresso, it's just a more diluted drink because it's made with more water. It contains sugar and other not very useful substances, but most people have no problem taking it. I had acne and after I stopped drinking 3 in 1, the acne disappeared, you can draw your own conclusions. I have been drinking pure espresso for years, at most once a day, so as not to play with my hormones. In recent months, I've even switched to decaffeinated because I have a habit of drinking, but it's not that useful. My advice is to choose quality drinks. You're at an age where you don't need coffee. For example, I started drinking coffee at 20 when I started working, I combined a full-time job with the university and very often I barely got up in the morning. Postpone caffeine to a later stage in life. Coffee actually acts as a diuretic and dehydrates, which in turn is harmful to the skin. If you want to have good skin at a later age, do not overdo it. Good skin requires hydration, not drying (dehydration) with coffee and more. under. And something very, very important - drink at least a glass of water over a cup of coffee to compensate (as much as possible) for dehydration. If you've noticed, in many countries abroad, coffee is served with a glass of water, for good reason. :) don't overdo it.
