The Cigarettes Took Over

The Story

Hello from me. I am a 16-year-old boy and I smoke 10-20 cigarettes a day, sometimes I smoke 2 packs for 12 hours. In the beginning it was something like a variety for the day 1-2 cigarettes with my friends. But over time, I started smoking a lot of very strong cigarettes (victory exclusive). I still remember the days early early in the morning I haven't had breakfast yet I go to the station to go to school it was winter and it was -25 degrees outside, I light a cigarette my hands freeze, I get cold sweat and feel sick, but I don't let go of the cigarette from your hand. I don't go to bed until 1-2 o'clock in the evening so I can smoke a few more cigarettes and in the morning I fall asleep because of it and I'm late for school. Every break I go out and I'm late again and I'm about to be kicked out because of unexcused absences because of those cigarettes I pull. My parents are constantly arguing and teasing me, that I will die young. I spray all my cigarette money. I am 166 tall and weigh 52 kg. I'm pretty weak, but I still smoke. Once I had pneumonia, I was on antibiotics and even then I smoked 7-8 cigarettes a day. In my family, only I smoke now, because my aunt died from cigarettes a few days ago, my father and uncle have asthma because of them and they stopped soon. Can you give me advice on how to quit smoking, I will be very grateful thanks in advance :)
