Hapiness

Happiness is a subjective value.

For some it is enough to be healthy.

For others, it is to create a family. Or have a career. Or be financially independent. Or buy a new house. Or a new car.

For a third, happiness never comes because it continually compares to others who always have more of them, who are always nicer, weaker, happier.

The simplest rules to be happy is to live here and now, to enjoy the moment, not to dig into the past, not to build large-scale plans for the future, not to expect too much from others, so as not to be disappointed, to be thankful for what we have, not to suffer for what we don't have.

It's easy to say, though. Surely you have repeated it many times, and yet sometimes we forget the really important things.

To fight with our negative attitude towards the world, we need to realize the small steps through which life shows us that we are happy.

1. Not living in the past-we can look back and feel gratitude and pride for having survived a difficult period. We can learn lesson and valuable lesson, we can remember with nostalgia for something experienced. But if your memories bring only pain and frustration, don't go back. Life is here and now.

2. Not to feel a constant thrill does not mean that we are not happy. There is no way 24 hours a day to float on the wings of happiness, nor to be in constant ecstasy from everything that happens to us. But I'd call them "strange birds." Happiness means accepting the things that happen to us, and transforming from every situation something useful and good.

3. Happiness is in our favorite pursuits. Having the opportunity to do something for ourselves that we love and which brings us joy is happiness. Coffee with a girlfriend, a walk-in favorite places, a theater, an afternoon nap. Simple but enjoyable.

4. Relationships with others bring happiness. It is exciting to know new people, to find kindred spirits, not to limit yourself to your long-standing acquaintances and not to be a stranger to new faces. Sometimes a man meets his best friend or the love of his life after 40.

5. To be thankful for all we have. If you're healthy, if the people you love are healthy, if you have a roof over your head, food on your table, a job you love, a family you can trust, what more? You have more than many others.

6. If we can give advice to someone close, we live to the fullest. If your friends seek your opinion and counsel, then they definitely consider you a man of reason and experience, and most likely a nice and orderly life. Sometimes it is worthwhile to look through the eyes of others.

7. Smile is happiness. It is true that the universe brings back what we send her. Try it only: Start your day with a good mood and smile at all the acquaintances and strangers you encounter during your day. You will see that most will answer you with the same. But if you are broken and walking like a storm cloud, you will most likely attract the same negative energy to yourself. It's all about perception.

8. Caring for others brings happiness. There is something very nice about giving, bringing joy, being the cause of someone's smile. You will be amazed at how much rechargeable act you make someone happy. Not surprisingly say that giving happiness is accepting happiness.

9. Tranquility is important for a good life. We don't have to worry about trifles and convince ourselves that we're sad. Change what you don't like. If you can't change it, then why get angry – try to accept it and adapt.

10. Happiness comes from a restful sleep. People who are in constant tension, usually do not have a calm and healthy sleep, and this, in turn, causes a real chain reaction-sour mood, headache, nervousness, tension, fatigue. Free your mind from thoughts, give it a rest at least at night. If you can boast a sound sleep, then you are definitely a happy person.

There is no better than forgiving and forgetting; Not to regret the missed opportunities; Learn from your mistakes; Not to expect others to be perfect because we ourselves are not; To learn to keep moving forward. Life is one. Experience it with a smile and a sense of humor!
