I do not know what to tell you? I was bitten by a pet dog a month ago! It wasn't much of a wound, but I immediately called my GP and he recommended that I get a tetanus shot and call the anti-rabies center! For tetanus is done within 24 hours after the bite! I went and they gave me the injection! As for rabies, I was told that if I know the dog and he is well within 14 days, then he is not rabid! Thank God your puppy is alive and well! Do it against tetanus - it is light, does not hurt and no diet is followed! It costs BGN 3! Then 6 months you have a secure immunity! I don't know how old you are? In general, as babies and children, we are immunized against tetanus and we have a good immunity, which weakens with age and that is why re-immunizations are given every 10 years! Talk to a doctor about these things if you don't believe me! There is also a lot of information on the net! I hope all is well! Success!

The dog is unlikely to have infected you with tetanus, as it is a little certain that it has not met other animals that may have the disease. I have big dogs that have "bitten" me more than once while playing, but I'm healthy. If you are very worried, the best solution is to go to the doctor. But I don't think you're infected.
