Hi, I'm up there like you. Nimesil helps me a lot. It's strong, and it's the only one that calms me down.
Limit heavy foods before the cycle. drink more fluids and don't go every month with the mindset that it will be the same.
As a woman, I'il tell you, I have a similar problem. It's not that terrible for me, but there are months when the first day is hell. I wake up with terrible ovarian pain, i can't take as much air as people, in one place it doesn't sit at all. You know that this pain is caused by contractions in the uterus to make the blood come out more easily, but because it is located near the intestine contractions sometimes cause loosening. It's not as strong as you are, but it does. It is for this reason that I usually pay very careful a few days before the "guests" what I eat, that may not bear me. I focus on the rice and the testicle, what i do do and does not irritate the stomach. I eat a lot of bananas all the time, and it's like things are going a lot more normal. For the pain immediately in the first milder take aulin or nimesyl powder. I know it's harmful, but he's the only one who saves me in these situations. Remember, there's no pain=no problem. At least that's the case with me. And make sure you eat full well if something is missing menstruation becomes brutal. I have never taken birth control because I know they harm and from them I gain weight, but on the other hand I go to the gym regularly and take various proteins in the form of food and supplements. This seems to be improving the situation, and the first day is not so terrible. She's got her pain and malaise again, but she's a lot more tolerant. But take a blood and hormone test that you look at something is not within normal range.
Drink spasmalgon or no-spade. If diarrhea is the result of cramps, 100% will help her as well.
In principle, it is normal to have pain for the first 1-2 days. It's weirder than diarrhea. You may have some kind of hormonal imbalance. If you do not want to drink hormones, I advise you 1-2 days before your cycle comes, eat lighter food (yogurt, toast, vegetables, eggs ). Avoid meat and spicy or fatty foods. As for the pains, I drink enantyum (dexketoprofen trometamol) and at all forget that I am on a cycle.
She told her there was nothing wrong with her, and she just went somewhere else and found out it was for surgery, and he's been around for years...

Tell me what lifestyle you're leading, are you doing hormonal research? Are you eating healthy, playing sports?
Yours is some kind of serious anomaly. It's not normal to feel that way when you get here. Everything that happens to our body is his way of sending us a message that we need a change. Do your full hormonal tests, but let's get them appointed by a gynecologist, because at least some part will go through the health insurance fund, and they're pretty expensive... at least i got to $200. a few years ago.
Nimesil for the pain. Compote of diarrhea drains. It's not like this for 20 years.

thank you very much to all the responders! <3
7, I've been a vegetarian for many years, and while I was going to school I ate pretty healthy, I had time to cook all kinds of sports, and I did sports too. But now, I only eat junk lately ,honestly (fast food) and I haven't played regular sports in at least a year.. I work on my feet and during the day I do not eat anything, only in the evening when I get home. I don't drink alcohol, but I smoke one pack of cigarettes a day. And these days (when my last cycle ended) I started to seriously think about it. Relatives tell me, and I feel like I need to start at least some physical activity.
As for hormones, a little over a year ago I had not had my cycle 3-4 months, and the gynecologist I went to then informed me that I had a cyst in my ovary and prescribed Dufaston to me. You know, when I stopped drinking it again I didn't have a cycle for months, I went to another gynecologist and she directed me research that was done while I was menstruating, then miraculously it came to me. I took them, said I didn't have a cyst at all, but I'm predisposed, and research shows that I'm fine... so to some extent I think the problem may be related to something else.
An update from the author: I forgot to mention, I've had a spasm of buscolysin at once and it hasn't gone away, completely seriously. If it matters, I drink Parakoddal for a headache, which I have almost every day, (migraine hereditary), but lately I just look to experience it, because at one time I had started drinking it every day.
It's number seven again. And I have had menstrual disorders, I work in a lot of stress, and a few years ago I had my period stopped for 2-3 months, just like you were discharged by Dufaston. Everything changed when I started eating healthier, limited carbohydrates, tried to eat enough meat, but necessarily with salad. In general, I feel much better and my cycle is adjusted.
It's nice to play sports at least 2-3 times a week, maybe 30 minutes. yes, but it's better than nothing.
Buscolisin does not help for severe menstrual pains - you need aulin or nimesil, but they give them with a prescription. Try taking vitamins b complex, they also help, but do a whole course at least a month, and not just in "those days". Personally, it helps me a lot.
I'il be glad in a few months for you to write that you've improved.
Hi, I'm the author,
I've taken the advice of number 7! I was on something of a mini-cleanse the days before the cycle, I feel significantly better. Eating matters hugely, I didn't even have diarrhea on the first day
