First, don't really do your hair that way. And for straightening - a few things. My hair is quite weak and blooming, it was like a feathery lock, but with patience and care I fixed it. I stopped applying foams and varnishes and everything that contains alcohol in general, because it dries and exhausts. I try to eat better, I can't do it all the time, but when I do, I see how my hair somehow becomes more alive. The press as well as the crystals are of great importance. If you have an aluminum press or one for 20 leva, remove it, because it will burn your hair like nothing. Indeed, if you want good hair, it is better not to do it at any cost, invest money in a good gentle press and it will pay off. Also, if the crystals do not include thermal protection are applied after straightening, before that you need a thermal protection spray. After washing - conditioner at the edges, and put a mask once a week, finally I enjoy beautiful, long and healthy hair. But - most importantly try to reduce to a minimum products and processing, because it is exhausting, if you do not like how you sit natural, limit yourself to the press, but do not use such hair products, most of them are ineffective and harmful, unless are really expensive, which we Bulgarians can hardly afford. And I hope you know, don't straighten your hair if you put a product that says 'flammable' or 'keep away from fire' on the packaging, because they burn your hair and spoil the coating of the press / these are all kinds of foams and tempo-like / -After a long time of care now all I do is wash, apply a mask / conditioner, dry with a hair dryer, spray with some protection spray if I have at all that lately I have nothing, straighten the edges, put crystals and everything is 6 ,, my hair is 10 cm above the waist, as it was short it was brittle now it is more straight. And yes, and better - do not paint, I have changed 5 6 colors, and I still can not get rid of nasty and exhausted 10 cm of hair :) and they were even supposedly ammonia-free I hope I was useful, success on the road to achieving the desired hairstyle: P

But it's not just crystals. Before, my hair was like that and I was constantly wondering what to do with it, until I got an insight: When you wash it, put conditioner (but not on the roots), after the bath you put crystals and you get the job. For how many months I have been straightening it and it is not blooming, it is not exhausted, it stays soft. Of course, you can not always straighten it is really very harmful, so I prefer hair mousse and other such tricks.
