This is from the computer, use goggles, turn on a table lamp to shine against the screen, and it is best not to use the computer for a while, TFT and LED displays are very harmful to the eyes, break the nervous system and cause headaches and dizziness.

Hello! Thank you for the comments. To a comment I would like to add that I went to a neurologist and they told me the following that there are many types of nervous systems and there is a type that is more vulnerable with a lower tolerance threshold for things that happen and if we have to compare the two people, one of whom has an asthenic type of nervous system (more vulnerable and weak), and the other with a different one than the one with the same load, the one with the weaker one will show much more symptoms than the other. You just have to stay away mainly from the laptop I think and give more rest. :) To comment 2: I use glasses - yes, against lcd rays constantly.

Hello again, there is no difference between the time I wrote to you about my condition and what it is now. I would like to ask the person who wrote the first comment (who has the same problems) if it is possible to provide me with any data with which I can contact you. Thanks in advance! And any other advice from people who know or have had something like this are welcome! Thanks!
