Hello, I am 14 years old after exactly 3 months 15 and I have a big problem. I'm short on top of everything and fat. I am 1. 52/53 and I am 74 kg. It sounds tragic and it is. 2 years ago I was 65 kg and I followed a strict diet. The diet was only healthy foods without bread and a lot of exercise and the first days I was happy because I lost 1 kg per day. My father took me in July and I can't keep diets with him because my grandparents stuff me with food there and if I don't want to I can't refuse them because they will shout that my mother doesn't feed me and I'm used to not eating. When I came back I was my old weight and gave up the diet which was my biggest mistake. Last year I was on a diet and I didn't do anything and I'm sorry again this year because of problems with my father. I thought the problems would go away quickly in about a month but no ... Give me a good diet. If I have to, I will not secretly eat from ours. I am desperate because I was ridiculed for 7 years at school because of that and not only that but this is another topic. It's too early for strict diets, you're still 14 and you're growing now. The best thing you can do, in my opinion, is to reduce carbohydrates (reduce, not stop permanently), unnatural sugar (that of chocolates, not fruit), stop fizzy drinks and juices (full of sugar) and start sports which requires movement like folk dances or some rocket sport. But remember that starvation does not weaken, you will only hurt yourself. Do not resort to very strict diets such as water and fruit all day. The right method is calorie deficit - every day when you draw the line you have burned more calories than you took.
