Tea To Cleanse The Body

The Story

Hello, I am a young woman 23 years old. I have always had weight problems since I was a child. I've always been a little over the norm. I've done all sorts of diets, regimes, I've even taken pills, but to no avail. Since July, I have radically changed my lifestyle. I stopped the sweets, the bread, the soda. I eat everything else, without limiting myself. Also no alcohol. Sometimes a glass of wine with dinner, but it's maybe 2-3 times a month. Water at least 2 liters per day. And the results were not late - in 4 months I am 10 kg. down. I was 68 kg. at a height of 1. 68 cm, which is quite a lot. Now I have lost up to 58 kg. and I am extremely happy. This was exactly my goal, to reach 57-58 kg. I don't want to lose weight anymore, that's how I like myself. It is important to note that I have not played sports. I work 8-hour shifts, mostly night shifts, and I also study. In general, I always have something to do and I don't have much free time. On the other hand, I live in a block on the 8th floor and I stopped using the elevator. Every time I climb the stairs on foot, which I think helps me a lot. I climb them 3-4 times a day, the more times I go out, the more times I climb them when I get home. It doesn't take me any extra time, nor does it burden me much. But my body definitely tightened a lot. I can't even believe that after so many years I finally achieved my goal. So to move on to what I'm writing about. I want to get some tea to cleanse the body. I came across the Internet on "WOW Tea" - I give it only as an example. There are many other similar teas. I turn off green tea because I drank it and it didn't work well for me. I had constant stomach pains, and even after I stopped it, I had a problem going to the toilet. But I say again - I do not want to lose weight anymore, but just to keep the current weight. I continue with my same lifestyle, but I don't think such a tea would hurt me. If anyone can recommend me what to take, I will be very grateful. Thanks in advance! ☺️
