Tatiana Aksyuta is a Soviet and subsequently Russian theater and film actress, whose finest hour struck after the release of the Soviet feature film "You Never Dreamed of ..." directed by Ilya Fraz, an adaptation of the story of the same name, written by Galina Shcherbakova.

This actress is known to the domestic audience, it seems, only for this one film, in which Tatiana starred in the title role. But this film became a cult film, entered the collection of Soviet classics and remains one of my favorites to this day. The picture became known abroad as well. In the United States, the premiere of the film "You Never Dreamed ...", translated into English, took place in New York on March 5, 1982 under the title "Love & Lies".

Then a dozen more films appeared in the creative biography of the young actress, but these pictures did not bring Tatyana Aksyuta her former popularity.

Tatyana Golubyatnikova, better known to the audience as Tatyana Aksyuta, was born in March 1957 in Moscow. During Tatiana's youth, the profession of an actor was something from the field of divine providence. The artists seemed like celestials. Naturally, all the girls dreamed of studying to be actresses. Golubyatnikova also dreamed about it. But, unlike millions of her own contemporaries, Tatyana managed to achieve the seemingly unattainable. In 1979, Tatyana Aksyuta received a diploma and began climbing the career ladder. Actually, the surname Aksyuta appeared in the same student period, since the girl married her classmate Yuri Aksyuta.

Tatiana Aksyuta began acting already during her studies. The actress made her debut in the film "Before the exam", in which she played a heroine named Elena. This role did not bring instant fame to the young artist, but became a kind of career step and provided the necessary first experience.

Immediately after graduation, Aksyute was offered to star in the film "Long days, short weeks." But not this film, but the next one called "You Never Dreamed of" turned out to be that stellar project that instantly turned a previously unknown young artist into a real star. The title of the picture turned out to be prophetic: Tatiana Aksyuta had never even dreamed of such deafening glory.

The actress was approved for the role of the main character Katya in 1980. Tatyana Aksyuta was much older than her own heroine (23 years old), but the miniature figure (the actress's height is 150 cm) allowed the girl to play the role of a high school student.

Even then it became clear that a melodrama with a simple plot would turn into a real movie hit. After all, recognized stars of Soviet cinema Tatiana Peltzer, Lidia Fedoseeva-Shukshina, Elena Solovey, Irina Miroshnichenko, Albert Filozov and Leonid Filatov appeared on the set.

Together with Nikita Mikhailovsky, Tatiana Aksyuta created an incredibly romantic and at the same time tragic duet. The entire country followed the development of events in this tragedy about modern Romeo and Juliet. In 1981, when the melodrama was first released, it was watched by a record number of viewers - more than 26 million. A little later, the picture was seen in Hungary, Poland, Yugoslavia and even in America.

It's sad, but many of the actors who starred in this film had a tragic life. Nikita Mikhailovsky died of cancer at the age of 27. Elena Mayorova, who got the role of Zoe's neighbor, died under strange circumstances, presumably committing suicide.

Tatiana Aksyuta's film career did not work out either. After "You Never Dreamed" she starred in only a few films. In the early 1980s, the artist played supporting roles in the films Soul and Tropinins.

The fairy tale picture "There, on unknown paths" was noticeable and warmly received by the audience. But only one film reached the level of the hit movie - "The Tale of Wanderings". Here Tatyana Aksyuta starred with the legendary Andrei Mironov. From two series "cut off" all unnecessary and left only one series. However, this picture was a huge success.

Unfortunately, the directors, whose memory the hit "You Never Dreamed of" was engraved, saw Tatiana Aksyuta in only one role - a young teenage girl, a touching and fragile heroine. And there weren't so many such roles. Therefore, under the final of the 1980s, the actress appeared less and less on the screen. From the mid-1980s to the late 1990s, the Muscovite starred in only 5 films.

Theatrical biography of Tatiana Aksyuta began after the young actress appeared on the screen in her debut film Before the Exam. The artist was accepted into the troupe of the Russian Academic Youth Theater. At first, Aksyuta played secondary heroines, but then the roles offered to her "grew larger."
