I am a man of 32 years. When I was your age, they discovered this cyst, telling me that it can only be removed with surgery, but it doesn't have to be done if it doesn't cause discomfort. I have been living with this cyst for 15 years now and it doesn't bother me in the least. The only problem is that sometimes it swells and cracks, as a result of which my boxers get stained with blood, so I avoid wearing white underwear, but I have no other concern with the cyst. It doesn't hurt me (I've been training for 15 years, including heavy exercises with 100 kilograms, which load the waist, respectively the cyst, because mine is on the tail exactly), it doesn't make me uncomfortable, I'm generally used to it and it doesn't bother me. At some point, sometime in my life, I will have surgery, but I'm scared that the recovery period is 3 to 6 months, and right now there is no one to pay attention to me for so long (because you definitely need help), nor can I afford to be away from work for such a long period of time. Well, you don't have to be able to move for so long, but my former manager had a cyst in the same place, had surgery and the first one was barely walking for almost a month, and only then did things start to return to normal. . In any case, at your age I strongly recommend that you have an operation, and an hour sooner, because you don't really lose anything with it, and it is at this age that you can easily afford to undergo such an intervention, because there is someone to take care of you (your parents), but you have no obligations other than school, which is not a big problem, because the absence will not be strikingly long, and you can learn your lessons from bed. Success! :)

Hi, unfortunately I don't think anyone here can help you much. Your problem is obviously serious and requires professional consultation with a doctor. Don't be afraid - you can avoid the operation. My advice is to consult a few doctors and see what you can do to avoid surgery. I'm not very convinced, but my friend thinks he had the same problem. He didn't tell me he had a cyst, but there was a lump on his tail that filled with pus when he sat for a long time and didn't move much. And until the pus runs out it hurts a lot! He also told me that this is typical of people who lead a more sedentary lifestyle, such as working all day in an office in a sitting position. So my friend decided to have surgery in the end and honestly this is the most effective solution to the problem. Another friend of mine also mentioned to me that he had surgery on the same thing. But it's not that painful and then it's really better. Otherwise, after the operation it is good to do washes with sumac. This is what I know, I hope I helped at least a little. I wish you luck!
