Hello :) I start with the problem, which is implied by the title - I have a bloated stomach, which leads me to think that I am fat !! I know you've met hundreds of people with this problem, but mine is a little different in that, basically looking in the mirror (before I've eaten anything) I see myself with this dream body that I always want to have (most already the belly), but after eating something I see that it is swollen and I feel quite awkward, especially now, in the summer, when we go to the beach and I have to eat nothing all day, or drive on fruit and water (mostly cases marine: D) .. and so on - can you tell me what foods to limit. By the way, I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat fried food, I don't drink fizzy drinks, I train basketball, I play volleyball for fun, I go to the gym, I run in the morning and do extra abdominal presses separately => I don't lead a sedentary lifestyle. I am 17, 178 cm, 56, 5 kg. :)) (don't criticize me if you have nothing to help me with, you better not write anything .. Eat normally, do not overeat and exercise, because when you are hungry, your stomach shrinks and then when you eat something you immediately see, the next day or a little later you become normal again, but it is not healthy to starve after to overeat, it is better to eat in normal amounts regularly and exercise.
