The fact that you can't swim is complete nonsense, where does this tampon come from, when you put it on so that half of it doesn't stick out from below? How can children comment on such topics at all? !? The tampon is placed at the greatest possible depth by pushing the index finger so that you do not feel it. If the bleeding is very heavy, it is better not to risk blood flowing in the water, but otherwise there is no problem, just change your tampon before and immediately after swimming with very well washed hands with soap. The problem with you is that you are still young and you have hardly figured out when to use what size, and this is very important when using them, but over time, the experience will come :)

You have no problem with sports, except for swimming. Even if you put a tampon - it absorbs the dirty water from the pool and you have a hearth in your body. If you have a race - put a tampon and remove it immediately after leaving the vote, but in any case do not swim regularly. For other sports - OK, but keep in mind that with a lot of exercise the heart rate increases and the blood flows more. The first 2 days it is not good to work out. Forget about abdominal presses throughout your period.
