Swallowing Problem

The Story

Hi, I have a question and I don't know if it can help. I have a colleague of 4 years suffering from panic disorder, fear neurosis and depression. Up and down is better. But now there is a big problem, for 2 years I was taking Clonarex + Deanxit and it felt more than great, but the problem itself is that it was difficult for me to start swallowing the food? He doesn't have a lump or tighten it so that he can't swallow the food down to the esophagus, but on the contrary it's just like he got some spasm from Clonarex himself maybe (as some say) or he just got some spasm I don't know if you can answer me. Is it possible that due to severe depression, stress is the problem? He felt with these pills for more than 2 years with Clonarex and Deanxita and was the same person as before but gradually this problem with eating arose that he could not eat .... She was recently diagnosed with chronic gastritis, could it be reflux? Should I go to the ENT?
