After graduating from school in Chisinau, Kryuchkova came to Moscow to storm a theater university. For six years they lived in a civil marriage, until Svetlana became pregnant. At the 5th month, Svetlana almost lost her husband: Veksler had a heart attack, the man himself needed help. Kryuchkova succeeded, according to doctors, the impossible: she managed to give birth to a healthy baby and marry her husband.

The son was named Dmitry, today he lives in France. The man is married to Sheriff Liz Margaret, a Frenchwoman, and they have already made Kryuchkova a grandmother twice. In 2010, grandson Anton was born, and in 2016, granddaughter Polina.

Veksler and Kryuchkova lived together for 14 years, but because of the constant claims of her husband, Svetlana could not stand it and agreed to a divorce. Yuri did not live even a year and a half after parting with his wife. By the time he passed away, Svetlana already had another man, but the actress could not contain her emotions about the untimely loss.

The artist met her third husband, Alexander Molodtsov, in a bar, where she came with her friend Larisa Guzeeva. The man turned out to be 12 years younger than her. Svetlana is still happy with her chosen one. Alexander Molodtsov is an artist-decorator today. In May 1990, the actress gave birth to his son, who was named Alexander.

In 2015, the news about the health problems of the actress amazed fans. Doctors diagnosed Svetlana Nikolaevna with lung cancer. It turned out that the tumor is at the 4th stage of development.
