Hello. I'm very confused and I don't know where to start ... Maybe since childhood. I've been a full child since I was little, I've been pampered, and obviously I haven't moved enough. Puberty came and I held hands and lost weight, but not for long and I gained weight again. I recently came across a book briefly describing type 2 diabetes. Immediately after reading the "brochure" I found that I had almost all the symptoms. I rummaged through the internet and began to suspect more and more that I had diabetes. There is (not recently) easy fatigue and general fatigue, which I have already accepted as normal. I have some 9-10 extra pounds (calculated according to my height). I constantly drink water, my mouth stays dry in spite of everything, I often urinate. My feeling of hunger is also increased. On top of that, I have polycystic ovaries, which I don't even want to comment on. I read a lot of things on the internet, and I have a mess in my head. Such a serious illness, and I'm only 17 !! I want to do tests for an hour, but I think I need a referral from a doctor, and mine is almost impossible to take at the end of the month. The thought that I may have diabetes and insulin dictates my life is ruining me. Dear people, please share how things are with the research, and if there is a person suffering from the disease, let him share his experience. Thanks! (To the moderators: please post my story, because this is something very important to me) that I need a referral from a doctor, and with mine it is almost impossible to take at the end of the month. You got into a movie. With 10 extra pounds you can't catch diabetes. And yet - instead of browsing the internet, there is a very easy way to find diabetes - go to your doctor, tell about your doubts and you get a blood test - BUT Even in some pharmacies they measure blood sugar ...
