Suggestions For Fitness Exercises For Big Thighs And Ass

Hello! I am 14 years old and I am about 56-57 kg, I am 167-168 cm tall, but I have big thighs ... I don't have a belly, I have a nice waist, but those thighs. They are terrible! I tried squats + running / cycling helped to lose 4-5 cm from the circumference of the thighs, but until then - then I started to lose weight from the abdomen, etc. Before I had tried the 90-day diet, but on the visible day I gave up and so on.
