What is your opinion about street fitness? What are its pros and cons? How is it more useful than conventional fitness and do you get good results from it? If so, what?
I plan to take this sport seriously and I am interested in everything related to it ...
Is age a factor here? I am on M27 and I have no experience in sports. I don't want huge muscles to show off, but rather I want to get stronger and have an idea of a tighter body.
