Just talk to her, I don't think it's going to be weird. As a child, I was very worried and often shunned people at school, and it happened to me that out of nowhere someone spoke to me - I was very happy when it happened. Just go to her and tell her "You look really cool, but I've noticed that you don't talk to anyone. My name is Edikaxi" and give her a hand to meet.
