Strange Rash On My Leg

The Story

Hello, I was recently on holiday in Halkidiki, Greece. Once I went into the water to swim and on the way back to the shore something seemed to sting me - I felt a slight burning sensation and thought it was a jellyfish. The problem is that I had not seen her, and the sting was shallow with many stones. After I came out of the water in terrible pain, I looked at my leg at the injured place, there was something like small blisters, which were quite symmetrically arranged. Anyway, I immediately shared with my family and together we came to the conclusion that it was a water hedgehog, because they live shallow near the stones, there are some in Halkidiki, etc. A day or two later appeared a rash that disappeared after several successive baths in salt water. However, when I returned to Bulgaria and a total of 7 or 8 days passed after the sting, my legs itched and I scratched myself without thinking, that there was my puncture site - I had forgotten that I had it at all. As soon as I scratched myself, small, thick, red pimples appeared on each of the stab wounds. Two days have passed since then and I haven't gone to a dermatologist yet, I just apply some cream and drink Lorano in case it's an allergic reaction. I was hoping to get some advice here. Thanks in advance :)
