Hello, I recently started to get a lot of weird pimples around my lips. At first I thought they were normal, but I couldn't remove them. Then I noticed that they looked like blackheads and decided to squeeze them. I failed and the area around the "pimple" swelled. My mother said I had cold sores and bought me some of those patches to remove. They worked, but it still remained a black dot below. He was fed up and I started squeezing him again. After a while, one of these hard yellowish formations came out of the pimples, my skin turned red, began to sting, and so on. My question is, are these pimples, blackheads or herpes ???

I also had one and a friend. This is a black dot (as you know it is pore contamination). The black dot gets too dirty and it's hard for you to squeeze it. Something resembling pus accumulates around her. I guess when you squeeze it, your skin is somehow relieved.
