Hello. I want to share with you something that puzzles me and I think it's a little weird, even scary. So last night for the 3rd time in the last 2-3 years something strange happened to me while I was sleeping. I will explain in detail step by step to find out what is happening to me. I go to bed, but I can't sleep. I've been spinning for a very long time and I can't and can't sleep. At one point I was obviously asleep and here comes the strange thing. I dream that I am sleeping, or at least I am trying, in the same bed in which I am actually sleeping, and I feel how some dark force has gripped me tightly. My most recent example is from last night. So I'm dreaming something and at one point I feel that the dream is getting really scary, my whole body is bristling and I feel like something is almost trying to kill me. I feel like I'm on the bed and I'm trying to get up, but I can't because I'm barely moving, I'm trying to shout, but again I can barely say anything, at that moment a hellish fear overwhelms me. At the same time, I hear sounds from outside, from cars, from people, but I don't know how real they are. At this point, I feel like it's a dream. I'm trying to wake up and I can't and I can't. Everything is so real and scary that at times I feel like I'm dying, and that's why I doubt it's just a dream. When I'm in this state, it's as if my brain is between reality and sleep and it's somehow stuck there, which is pretty scary in general, and I don't wish it on you at all ... In the end, everything calms down and I wake up on my own with great relief . Then I fall asleep without any problem or fear. This, as I mentioned above, is happening to me for maybe the third time in the last 2 years and I have noticed that it always happens to me, when I slept in the afternoon for 1-2 hours and generally at night I do not sleep. I want to ask you if you have had similar incidents and if you can share yours, as well as what causes them. You would probably say that this is just a nightmare, but these nightmares are really scary with their reality and give me cause for concern.

I think something similar happened to everyone, I also dreamed and it was so real and I both heard cars like you outside and dreamed scary things. Once something very stressful happened to me. As I slept I stretched my arms up and I didn't have sleeves and I always felt someone caress my arms and finally he pulled me up sharply and I woke up from the frenzy of terror and I had the feeling that there was a soul of a dead person in the room who was here, I barely fell asleep afterwards. to cry in my sleep and wake up to continue. Once you understand that your problem comes from sleeping in the afternoon, just stop, drink coffee, eat chocolate, but do not sleep, so then in the evening you can sleep don't worry, and I don't know where my dreams come from and there's nothing I can do.
