The Story
Hello! I am 25 years old ... I have the following "problem":
It's a bit strange to explain, I try not to pay attention to him, but I decided to consult a wider audience if it has happened to anyone ...

I dream almost every night of something like a parallel reality of my life. Toast ... in my dream I live in a city that I already know by heart, I know how to get to each of its points. I think in my dream ... where to go, if I pass through a neighborhood, for example, I know him from a previous dream. I can draw a whole map, absolutely detailed.
I have acquaintances and friends from my dream who are not people I generally know in reality. I have memories of everything I experienced with them and in general, where I work, where I live, what I do, what I did that day, etc. Just like in reality. I even go on vacation. As I know the way to get there, neighboring places where I stayed, etc.

I'm starting to get scared because it's really very real and connected, and it's probably been going on for at least 2 years now. It's as if every night is a new day for me in that life ... It's as if I exist in 2 places.
I haven't shared it much because I'm afraid they'll think I'm crazy, but if there is another person like that, I'll be grateful or any other useful information.

I certainly miss a lot of things and I'm not good at explanations, but I'm a little confused and I don't know how to formulate it, I hope I understand.
