I have a sense of humor, but I'm just constantly tight. I'm nice, the girls play with me, basics here and there, and I don't know what to say to them. I am at periods, here it deepens, for example at the beginning of the year, when there is more learning, stress, and when I have not communicated for a long time, for example all summer, because I am in the countryside. Tu decreases. I can liken it to warming up - we go somewhere with company, in the beginning when I'm not warming up I don't get involved in jokes, etc., but then I become the soul of everyone. How can I warm up faster? I have big ambitions for business, but with this problem I know that I will not get anywhere, because without communication nothing happens. I have been meditating for a month, but there is still no very visible effect. Sometimes I wonder how good public speaking skills I have, but only when I speak to myself (in my mind) and when I write ... In fact, I can't reveal my full potential. I want to literally eradicate it, not reduce it, but eradicate it. And I would do anything. Just don't talk to me about psychologists, etc. I suspect that maybe my problem is nervous, should I drink some tea, something ...
