Hello, I am a 16-year-old boy, I am 171 cm tall and weigh 58 kg. I have been training fitness for 2 years and I want to get up, but it is quite difficult to eat every 2 hours, sometimes more often without waiting to get hungry.

You overload the entire digestive system this way. I advise you to eat normally.

Eat 5-6 times but not much a day .. if you can not try to eat foods rich in protein and no more than 150 grams of carbohydrates per day. If you can't follow these things, eat as much as you want ... I followed some regimes, but I was still happy when I trained. Good luck
