Biography
After studying film and theater at Boston University's Film School, Steven Brill moved to Los Angeles to become an actor and screenwriter. In 1992, he wrote the screenplay for the Disney feature film Les Petits champions, for which he also wrote the two sequels, Les Petits champions 2 (1995) and Les Petits champions 3 (1997).
In 1995, Steven Brill directed his first feature film, the comedy Heavyweights in which he directed Ben Stiller. In 2000, he signed another comedy, Little Nicky, with Adam Sandler. An actor he found in 2002 for The Adventures of Mister Deeds.
Along with his duties as director and screenwriter, Steven Brill has forged a small career as an actor. He has been seen in Sex, Lies and Video, two films by Tim Burton (Edward in the Silver Hands and Batman, the Challenge) and two films with his accomplice Adam Sandler, Tomorrow we get married and Big Daddy.
