Stephen John Fry is an English writer and actor famous for his sense of humor and intelligence. His performance as Oscar Wilde in the film of the same name is recognized as a benchmark.  

Stephen was born on 24 August 1957 in the Hampstead area of ​​the capital of Great Britain into an intelligent family. Father Alan John Fry became famous for his inventions in the field of physics, and mother Marianne Eva Fry, after graduating from the history department of the university, devoted her life to serving the family. She was Jewish by nationality from Hungary, and many of her relatives died during the Second World War. The couple had three children: the eldest sons Roger and Stephen and the youngest daughter Joe. Steve spent his childhood in the small village of Bouton, Norfolk County. The family was idyllic.

Despite his numerous dropouts and arrests by the police, Stephen ultimately pulled himself together and passed the entrance exams to Queen's College Cambridge. While studying at the University of Philology, Fry became interested in theater and took part in several performances by the student troupe Footlights and the University Challenge game program. During these years he met Hugh Laurie, with whom Fry kept his friendship for many years. Together with the theater company, Stephen toured the UK every year. The Student Theater in 1981 became a laureate of the Edinburgh Festival, which allowed young actors to embark on a tour of Australia.

On television, Stephen Fry made his debut in 1982 by showing the humorous sketch cycle The Cellar Tapes. After the success on television, the group of artists was offered cooperation with the BBC.
