Young figure skater Stanislava Konstantinova, despite her years, already has the title of master of sports of international class. Debuting at the junior stages of the Grand Prix in single skating in 2016, the girl managed to achieve excellent results in a short period. But this is only the beginning of her career, which she is rapidly developing.

Stanislava was born in the cultural capital of Russia, the city of St. Petersburg, in the summer of 2000. And at the age of 6, the girl first stood on the ice. The sporting future was a foregone conclusion. Her parents are also engaged in the sports field, her mother is a candidate for master of sports in athletics and rhythmic gymnastics, her father has a black belt in karate.

The skater's parents did not think about the choice of a sports school for a long time either, since there was a Spartak skating rink next to the house. The first years the girl was engaged only for herself, but when the first results began to appear, the acquaintances of her parents advised to take Stanislav to the figure skating academy.

She was then already 9 years old, but she did not know how to do difficult tricks and, as it seemed to her, skated no better than others. The show was conducted by teacher Chebotareva Valentina Mikhailovna, who immediately enrolled Konstantinova in her group. From that moment on, figure skating became part of the life of a novice athlete, although the first victories began to appear in her biography a little later.

Diligent training and everyday classes allowed Stanislava, together with coach Valentina Chebotareva, to achieve results, given that the girl came to sports at a late age. Many of her coaches consider her a soft woman, but the athlete refutes this, calling Valentina Mikhailovna in an interview a tough, but understanding and confident specialist.

The first performances of Konstantinova took place in 2016 at the junior stages of the Grand Prix, where the girl won 1st place at the ISU Cup of Tallinn tournament, and at the final stage, which took place in Dresden, she won bronze, because she could not tune in and make the obligatory jump of this program. At the competition in Saransk, the girl wins 2nd place.

At the Russian Championship, Stanislava took only 6th place, but at the Russian Championship among juniors she was more fortunate. The competition was held in St. Petersburg at the beginning of 2017, the athlete took 2nd place. The silver medal gave her a ticket to the World Junior Figure Skating Championships. At that time, this victory was the most serious in her career. Although at these competitions Konstantinova was the oldest participant, she did not worry, since she began to practice figure skating at a professional level much later than her competitors.

The new junior stage of the 2017 Grand Prix began in Belarus, where the girl performed successfully and rightfully took 3rd place. Her next victory took place in November of the same year in Warsaw, where she, speaking at the City Cup, confidently won silver, and a week later in Tallinn she took 1st place all at the same City Cup.

Konstantinova managed to further improve her previous sporting achievements by performing on the Golden Skate of Zagreb, where she received another gold. At the end of 2017, the girl was slightly upset in the national championship. She failed to realize all the ideas of the short program number. However, performing the number of the free program, she did not make mistakes and finished next to the podium.

In March 2018, during the World Junior Figure Skating Championships, which was held in Sofia, Konstantinova took 4th place. All first places also went to figure skaters from Russia. The famous coach Tatyana Tarasova commented on the performances of the athletes, in an interview she said that she was delighted with their performances, and especially with the gold medalist Alexandra Trusova, who was the first in the history of women's skating to perform two quadruple jumps.

In the 2017/2018 season, figure skating fans were waiting for Konstantinova's transition to the senior category, but this did not happen, and the girl remained in the group with juniors. She prepared a new program, which she presented at the test screening in Novogorsk.

The short performance was accompanied by cheerful incendiary music, but in the free program, the girl with her choreographer thought everything out well. Stanislava appeared in the image of Anna Karenina and danced in a bright red dress to the soundtrack from the film. Speaking, she demonstrated the well-developed technique, choreography and conveyed the emotions and feelings of the heroine.

Even such complex numbers the skater succeeds very well, because, in addition to lengthy workouts, the girl observes proper nutrition to maintain her figure and runs in the morning. With a height of 166 cm, her weight is 50 kg.
