Sports After A Disc Herniation Operation

The Story

Hi, a lot of people will probably think I'm crazy, but since I didn't find any information anywhere on the subject, I decided to ask for patillo. If anyone has been through this share. I have been doing fitness for 17 years. A few months ago my lower back was cut off, the pain went from my lower back to my left wrist for a few weeks, I got numbness in my fingers, MRI scans followed and the diagnosis was a large L4 and L5 disc herniation. then I went and had surgery. The operation is 2 hours. The same evening I got up the next day, I was walking and on the third day I was discharged. It's been 30 days since the operation, I feel like I've never had a problem with my lower back and my hands are starting to itch, and since I've been training for as long as I can remember, I can barely keep from going and starting training, but as the people said, "Steam, porridge of the spirit" and I am afraid of causing a relapse. I read everything on the net, but nowhere was there an answer to the question of whether there is a sport after such an operation and if so, how long after the operation can be started, how to protect ourselves and other such things. Here I am sitting and thinking whether to go to a schoolyard tomorrow and do some other recruitment and at the same time I say well, but when I hang up my vertebrae will stretch and I will not do any trouble. My buckets look safer, but I still want to be sure. By the way, I asked the doctors, but no one told me anything specific, they just told me to be careful, not to lift heavy for 3-4 months. How hard? For the recruits they shrug and repeat to be careful !!
